Ingredients

25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Prosecco

Method

Stir briefly ingredients in a tin, then pour into 9oz rocks glass. Add Prosecco then ice. Garnish with orange twist.

About

The Sbagliato (Italian for ‘wrong’ or ‘mistaken’) is said to be named after a mistake at Milan’s famous Bar Basso, when a cocktail waiter accidentally grabbed a bottle of Prosecco instead of a bottle of gin when making a Negroni for a customer.
