Without further ado, we’d like you to meet the first wave of producers and partners who will be joining us at Oval Space in April.
Producing some of the finest Italian Prosecco in the hills of Treviso for over 30 years, Bottega offers a beautiful range of premium Italian sparkling wines, which are crafted with excellence and presented in distinctive, beautifully designed packaging. The iconic Bottega Gold Prosecco is the ideal choice for aperitifs and parties, or as a prestigious gift for special occasions.
In 1887, master winemaker Francesco Mionetto opened the winery in Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco area, just north of Venice. Today, his love and passion for the region and its wines remain fundamental values for Mionetto, modern and innovative masters of their craft.
A pleasant and captivating Prosecco, Vigna Belvedere is produced with great passion for vine growing and a respect for nature. These values have led them to carefully follow the whole cycle, step by step, from the vineyard to the bottle, preserving the health of their grapevines to obtain a well balanced production, always favouring quality over quantity.
Everybody’s favourite aperitif, Aperol, will be returning once again for 2018. The Aperol Spritz Terrace Bar was a much-loved hangout spot at the inaugural event, offering guests the chance to sip spritzes and sundowners in the sunshine. They’ll be returning to the terrace once again with their iconic orange bar, and will be taking up residence in the brand new outdoor Prosecco Park.
Back by popular demand, Prosecco Springs will be doubling the number of masterclasses in 2018. Over the course of the hour-long masterclass, expert sommeliers from the East London Wine School will guide you through the core principles of wine tasting. Learn about the process from grape to glass, find out about different types of Prosecco and how to pair Prosecco with food.
Stay tuned for more information on who’ll be joining them over the coming weeks.
