Terms & Conditions

1. Prosecco Springs is strictly 18+ event. ID may be required. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Ticket holders who cannot present ID upon request will not be admitted.
2. You will not be entitled to a refund if you or your guests are refused entry or ejected from a venue due to your late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age, or because you have broken the rules of the venue (e.g. declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings).
3. Bags will be subject to search upon entry and exit.
4. Prosecco samples will be served in 75ml measures.
5. You have eight stamps in total - you may redeem these at any of the eight producer stands, the terrace bar, or at the regular bar for a soft drink. You may only be stamped by each producer/terrace or venue bar once.
6. Stamps may not be used to purchase standard drinks from the general bar.
7. Stamps are non refundable and non transferable. If you do not use all eight stamps within your five hour session, you will not be entitled to a refund.
8. There will be a £5 charge for lost or broken glasses.
9. Your Prosecco Springs Passport is your ticket to Prosecco. Without it we will not be able to issue you with any drinks. We are not able to replace misplaced passports.
10. Prosecco Springs is a cashless event.
11. Tickets are non-refundable.
12. Masterclass tickets are non-refundable
13. Prosecco Springs operate a No Smoking Policy indoors. This includes vaping.
14. Any bottles purchased in the bottle shop can only be picked up upon exit.
15. Glasses are not allowed in the outside area between Oval Space and The Pickle Factory.
16. You require a Prosecco Springs Passport for re-entry.
17. Hen party paraphernalia is not permitted in the main space and will need to be checked in to the cloakroom.
18. Producers are instructed to stop serving 15 minutes before the end of the event.
19. You and your guests are responsible for your own safety and for the security of your belongings whilst attending (and travelling to and from) events. OS can accept no responsibility for any death, injury or illness suffered by you or your guests (unless caused by our negligence), nor for any damage to or loss of your possessions, whilst attending (or travelling to or from) events. A paid cloakroom is provided.

*Please note that photographs and video footage will be taken throughout Prosecco Springs. These will be used by Prosecco Springs for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity
